Restaurant Hostess

Job description / Role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Restaurant Hostess to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they enter our restaurant. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will contribute to creating a memorable atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and organize seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hostess station and lobby area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing seating and reservations.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
