Job description / Role
A new French stylish casual café restaurant serving southern French inspired cuisine is opening its doors in Dubai. We are looking for a Restaurant manager to join our preopening team. Preferably, a Hospitality / Management School graduate, with an Experience of 3- 5 years in the same role or as as an assistant manager, in a European casual/ upscale outlet. Ability to implement achieve and maintain the Brand performance Standards, Sales goals, and to lead his/her team to consistently provide a great guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Manager or General Restaurant Manager. He or She will be resourceful on leading, managing, training, developing and impoving his team performance. He or She will be passionate about people, and driven by his buisiness performance needs, in terms of people, revenue, reputation, and quality of operation / experience. Work experience in an established European brand in Europe or UAE is nessesary.
