Restaurant Manager

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a soon to open Mediterranean Restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah.

As a Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, hire staff, managing budget, planning menus, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, safety techniques and understand health standards. You will also be responsible in promoting and marketing the business, ensuring that company is represented correctly and that the company's standards are upheld.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 8+ years of experience in Food and Beverage industry having 2-3 years’ experience in managing restaurants (Mediterranean Cuisine preferred).
