Restaurant Concept - Japanese or Arabic


Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for running a large, busy and dynamic restaurant in Dubai leading a team and hitting set KPI’s


The Restaurant Manager should:
- Excellent Communication
- Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
- Supervises, coordinates and directs prompt, efficient and courteous service of F&B in the restaurant.
- Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive chef.
- Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
- Control the cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensures grooming and appearance standards are met
- Schedules guest reservations and arrange private parties.
- ensure that restaurant is operating as per Dubai rules and regulations, and all required permits and required certificate such health cards, license, …are ready at the outlet in case there is any inspection.

Also and not limited to below
- Sales and revenue management
- General operations of the restaurant
- Leadership, training, development and management staff
- Budget management and financial control of costs
- Management of restaurants systems and processes
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Menu engineering and quality control

Salary: 15-20k

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medicals, Visa and Paid leaves

Requirements

- Have at least 3 years experience within a full-service environment
- Are able to communicate well within a busy environment
- Love the industry and everything about Hospitality
- Should have handled stand-alone restaurants - preferably Japanese and Arabic
- Should have good experience in menu handling, food costs etc
- Add value to job accomplishments.
