Job description / Role
Our client is one of the biggest developers in UAE is looking for Restaurant manager to join their organization. They have a portfolio of projects in Dubai across the residential, retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.
The candidates must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in F&B or Hospitality sector. They should have an excellent written and spoken English as well as excellent management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join a rapidly expanding organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Managerial position
- Preferably with Degree Qualification in Hotel Management
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Solid financial management skills
- Experience managing a multicultural team
- Experience managing both front and back of the house
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
