Job description / Role
- Dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team of Belgian Beer Cafe at Novotel Gate Hotels.
- Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Maximize profitable sales to meet or exceed restaurant's sales budgets.
- Come up with and run special promotions to drive sales for the restaurant.
- To assist in recruiting and training all Outlet Colleagues
- Assist in managing the departmental budget
- Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Requisition purchases as needed.
- Review sales and beverage costs, and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting.
- Ensure proper cash management.
- Level of Education Associate Areas of study Food and beverage Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
