Restaurant Manager

- Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales, and costs.
- Supervises coordinates and directs prompt, efficient and courteous service of F&B in the restaurant.
- Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive Chef.
- Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
- Control the cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensures grooming and appearance standards are met
- Schedules guest reservations and arrange for private parties.
- ensure that restaurant is operating as per Dubai rules and regulations, and all required permits and required certificate such health cards, license, …are ready at the outlet in case there is any inspection.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Hotel Management
- Other certifications obtained: Hotelier
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience as a restaurant Manager in UAE
- Specialist knowledge: Hospitality
