Job description / Role

Restaurant Manager (Healthy Concept) up to 9K AED for a Catering Company in Abu Dhabi

• Responsible for organizing, planning , directing and managing the cost effective operations of the restaurant including food & beverage purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, stewarding, preparation & serving of all food & beverage products in the outlets to ensure the guest experiences the finest
• Ensure maximum food and beverage profit through effective menu planning, sales promotion, cost & labor control while maintaining the highest quality standards for food & beverage products and services
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions
• Responsible for proper orientation, training and development of the store crew
• Monitors the performance and competence of crew and conducts regular performance reviews

Requirements

Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: up to 9,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience

Candidate Profile:
• Open to South African candidates
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below

Education/Experience Required:
• Degree holder/college graduate
• At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager in healthy business concepts
• Preferably with background in fitness/wellness/nutrition industry
