Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 16,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
About the Client:
The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean, and International Flavours.
Job Role:
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts; appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to European nationals
• 30 to 37 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or any related field
• At least with 3 years of managerial experience in a Western/American brand restaurant
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
