Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepares and completes action plans by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
• Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends and determine system improvements; implementing change
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
• Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Plans menus by consulting with chefs, estimating food costs and profits and adjusting menus
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably with Hotel and Restaurant Management degree
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in the UAE
• Must be French & Arabic speaker
• Excellent communication skills
• Can join immediately is a must
