Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in Abu Dhabi.
Job Role:
• Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish
• Maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs
• Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly
• Understand building capability through cross training
• Set high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift
• Work with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationality
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role; pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Experience working with Italian/Mediterranean high-end restaurants is a plus
• Proficient in POS, Inventory Software, Restaurant Guest Satisfactory Tracking Software etc.
