Job Description
• Overall responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management etc.
• Coordinating and optimize front- and back-of-house restaurant operations and controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
• Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Organizing and supervise shifts and train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications
• Open to Greek nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or any similar role
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Must be willing to relocate in AUH
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
