About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

Job Description:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Organize and supervise shifts

Requirements

Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 17K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
- Open to European nationals
- 38 years old and below
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role from F&B or Hospitality groups
- Experience working in high end / fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Should be highly presentable with good English communication skills
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
