Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, uniform, and food allowance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

Job Description:
- Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation.
- Maintain restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- 25 to 35 years old
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role preferably from a high-end casual dining restaurant
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
