Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage group in the Middle East.

Job Description:
• Ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently
• Control day-to-day operations by scheduling staff, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
• Manage the financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, forecasting, and creating financial reports.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained in their roles and responsibilities, and that they adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.
• Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to any European or Western nationals
• 35 y/o and below
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar role
• Must have experience working in casual dining restaurant
