Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based stand alone café restaurant, with multiple branches in UAE and KSA

Job Description:
• Oversee the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with company operating policies that he or she may help establish.
• Taking the lead and responsibilities on restaurant sales in terms of target achievement.
• Taking a lead on business development, i.e. designing and implementing strategic sales that expand customer base and ensure a strong company presence.
• Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
• Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs and provides feedback and coaching to the FOH team regularly.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Asst. Restaurant Manager experience in hotels/restaurants (Sales background highly preferred)
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and different outlets
