Restaurant Manager

Job description / Role

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Candy, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

• We are currently seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Restaurant Manager for a new restaurant specializing in Lebanese/Arabic cuisine opening in Abu Dhabi.
• You will be responsible for leading and developing the team, setting high standards of excellence while working with the Head Chef and other senior members of the restaurant management team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required and a passion for hospitality is a must-have.
• Experience working in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred.

Requirements:
• Prior Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local F&B regulations.
• Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages a plus.
