Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff from shift schedules to regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience each time, handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and supplies.
• Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in similar role or at least 5 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor from a high-end casual dining restaurant

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
