SCUTT American Diner is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our new location in Azizi Riviera, Dubai. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing company standards, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining a high level of food quality and hygiene. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and motivating the team to deliver a unique dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and play a key role in its success.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with at least 3 years of proven experience in restaurant management or F&B operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. A background in staff training, cost control, and service excellence will be highly valued.
