Position Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Client:
A high-profile pre-opening project by an award-winning, chef-led F&B group, featuring an innovative international concept in Dubai.

Job Description:
1. Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to company standards.
2. Manage P&L, optimize labor costs, and implement waste-control strategies.
3. Lead, train, and mentor a diverse multicultural team.
4. Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest levels of food hygiene (HACCP).

Qualifications:
1. 33 years old and above
2. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in casual to upscale dining concepts, with an international cuisine background preferred
3. Proven track record in pre-opening restaurant projects.

Salary:
AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
