Restaurant Manager Up To 15k Aed For A 5-Star Hotel In Dubai
• Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of restaurants and for managing their employees.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Agreeing and managing budgets
• Planning menus
Requirements
• Open to Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Singaporean, Vietnamese, Thai nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• With Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in an FnB Japanese restaurant/outlet
• Responsible for training staff, improving sales, monitoring stock levels and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 15,750 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and years of experience
