Restaurant Manager for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dubai

• Open to European, African, Moroccan candidates, preferably French speaking candidates
• Male/Female, 25-35 years old
• BSc degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Fine Dining Restaurant
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and Peach Works

Requirements

• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) statements
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) Systems
