Restaurant Manager up to 12k Aed for an Fnb Holding Company in UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in running of both outlets in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service
- planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit

Requirements

- POSITION: Restaurant Manager
- SALARY: 12,000 AED All-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience
- HIRING COMPANY: F&B/Hospitality
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationals, preferably European
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
- At least 4 years of experience in the Hotel F&B industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity in a hotel environment

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Able to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering high quality service and operations
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to drive topline revenues
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Train The Trainer Certificates is desirable
- Strong analytical skill aligned to critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good command over English (Writing and Speaking)
