Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to curate seasonal menus and maintain authentic Italian flavors.
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special event planning.
- Analyze financial reports, track key performance metrics, and optimize operations.
- Foster a welcoming and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
