About the Client:
A leading Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in a warm and welcoming setting.

Job Description:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and team cohesion.
• Address customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming environment to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability through effective planning and resource management.

• Open to Indian and Filipino nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience working with Al Shaya Group

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
