Job description / Role
Restaurant Manager up to 7k++ Aed for an Fnb Holding Group in Abu Dhabi
• Responsible in running of outlet in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover, profitability, gross margins, labour ratios, and all other costs
• Planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit
• Training staff, improving sales, monitoring stock levels and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Handling administration and paperwork, customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
• POSITION: Restaurant Manager
• SALARY: up to 7,000 AED depending on years of experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and food
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Holding Group
• LOCATION: Louvre Museum, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join by 12th of December 2019
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality, preferably European, American and Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisory role in Catering/Banquet
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Well experienced in Restaurant Operations, recruiting and training staffs
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) statements
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and operations
• Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to drive topline revenues
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of basic business math and accounting skills
• Good command over English (Writing and Speaking)
