Position Title: Restaurant Operation Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Lebanese and Syrian nationals
• Male, 40 years and below
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager/Restaurant General Manager/Hospitality Manager or in any similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any culinary course is a plus
• Must have extensive background in Franchise, Events management, Cost Control, Marketing and Quality Control
• Knowledgeable in restaurant management software like MICORS system
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
