Position Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in UAE.
Job Description:
• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Ensure that the occupational safety and health act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role for a high-end standalone casual dining restaurant
• Experience in a pre-opening restaurant is an advantage
