Job description / Role
Position Title: Restaurant Shift Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meals
Job Location: UAE
About the client:
The hiring company a UAE based franchisee of a well-known pizza brand from USA with over 4,700 restaurants worldwide and is one of the leading chain for take out deliveries of classic and specialty pizzas.
Job Role:
- Manage the particular shift, teams, operational standards, customers, finance etc.
- Report to the Restaurant General Manager/Area Manager
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Asian nationals
- Male/Female, 45 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in fast food/quick service restaurant; experience in pizza chains would be an advantage
- Must have managed a minimum of 5 team members
- Possess basic commercial knowledge (revenue targets, different revenue streams, different costs, profit, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to be assigned anywhere across UAE
