Job description / Role
Objectives:
- Support the management in daily restaurant operation and providing great customer service and supervising the floor
Main responsibilities:
- Opening & closing procedures, training, order taking and serving food and beverages, other tasks like inventory.
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager
Number required: 2
Desired start date: Immediately
Requirements
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience as a restaurant supervisor in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
- Specialist knowledge: international cuisine, sushi, healthy food,
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: attentive, attentive to detail, taking ownership, team worker, excellent communication skills, well spoken, outgoing, passionate for hospitality and great customer service skills
- Gender Preference: Female
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: UAE
