Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 5,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a well-known Filipino Seafood Restaurant in Sharjah
Job Role:
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a casual/fast food setup
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent supervisory skills
