Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well-known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
• Review existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices.
• Train new staffs and monitors performance of the team.
• Give coaching and feedbacks to team members to ensure delivery of quality customer service
• Assist Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure guests’ satisfaction through promoting excellent services
• Coordinate any necessary information to the concerned head office department
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; preferably from casual/semi fine dining restaurant
• Must have a pleasing personality
• Good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
