Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the largest and fastest growing chain of renowned restaurants in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Ensure excellent guest service of the restaurant
• Manage restaurant staff's work schedules
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Observe dining customers and guests to ensure food quality and service
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Lebanese and Syrian nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in Turkish or Arabic concept restaurant is an advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
