Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A high-end stand-alone café is now opening its 2nd KSA branch in Riyadh
Job Description:
- Maintain inventories of all goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products accordingly
- Control and develop good waste management resulting to decrease cost while maintaining quality and safety for all
- Handle petty cash effectively as part of POS management
- Schedule duty roaster weekly/monthly basis
- Monitor and prepare monthly attendance and provide clear information to the Department Manager by generating and maintaining Daily Manager Report
- Train new joiners and provide best industry support to all existing staff
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant courses
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role from hotel or restaurants
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
