Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meal and tips

About the Client:
A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai

Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of restaurant, ensuring efficient service while in compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Lead in training and scheduling staff making sure to resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales and revenue, implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure food and beverage being served to customers is of a quality that meets the restaurant’s standards

Qualifications:
- Open to Levant nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- At least 2 years’ experience as supervisor in the UAE and with exposure on Levant cuisines
