Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
