Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: Up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An upcoming authentic Italian pizzeria dedicated to serving high-quality, traditional pizzas with a modern twist.

Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service.
• Set high standards for customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct training sessions, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning among team members.
• Work closely with management to implement strategies for increasing sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing guest experience

Qualifications:
• Open to Indians nationalities
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Mus have at least 2 years related experience in Italian Cuisine as Restaurant Supervisor.
• Immediate joiners are highly prioritized.
