Job description / Role

Daily Operations
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure that service meets quality standards.
• Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation.

Staff Management
• Supervise and support staff during shifts.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
• Address staff issues or conflicts promptly.

Customer Service
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Promote a welcoming and friendly environment.

• Minimum one year of experience in UAE, Flexibility ,Time management ,Confident in leading a team and making decisions,Handles challenges quickly and calmly.
• Finds practical solutions to customer or staff issues.
• Communicates clearly with staff, management, and customers.
• Listens well and gives constructive feedback.
• Cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.
• Notices and fixes small issues before they become problems

Starting with a single outlet in Al Ain during 2003, Louzan has now added to its name 16 more outlets spread over Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Doha. The supply of innovative modern designs of Abayas and Sheilas are done at the manufacturing arm (88,000 sqft) of the Group in Al Ain Industrial Area. Other than supplying to the retail outlets the Group also exports to countries across the GCC and Egypt. The Group optimistically contributes to the blooming industry of Abaya and Sheila, and special care is being taken to synchronize the highly creative and experienced team to innovate new distinct designs in each and every product.
