We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and uphold company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize coverage and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve service quality.

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
