Restaurant Supervisor up to 4.5k Aed++ for a Bakery in Abu Dhabi
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Requirements
• POSITION: Restaurant Supervisor
• SALARY: 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
• HIRING COMPANY: Bakery
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below only
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience on the same role
• With experience in a bakery/cakes/pastry shop is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
