Job Description:

Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any relevant course
• 2 years of proven work experience in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP general health & safety in the workplace
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
