Employment: Full Time

A great opportunity has arisen for a Restructuring Manager to join a leading regional bank in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be working closely with senior management in all restructuring activities and processes.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the Senior Restructuring Officer throughout the restructuring process.
* Coordinate internally and externally for the restructuring arrangements with other lenders of the designated portfolio, as well as with Obligor(s).
* Coordinate all relevant issues in relation to any restructuring activities or cases.
* Be involved in cash flow monitoring, forecasting and reporting within GSAM and work with other designated resources to provide quarterly cash flow forecasts which include a review of historical collections.
* Attend meetings as required with internal and external stakeholders regarding the assigned portfolio.
* Provide full support to SVP/VP on conducting overall restructuring process.
* Undertake all preparations and restructuring arrangements with senior lenders of the assigned portfolio. Account for Provisioning, prepare scenario Analysis and complete restructuring presentation.
* Control all CPs, CSs, any financial conditions imposed by finance documents or key stakeholders, and coordinate the implementation of the on-going provision of financial information. Promptly flag any exception to concerned SVP/VP
* Establish proper liaison and attend all meetings with internal and external stakeholders regarding the assigned portfolio.
* Subject to approval matrix, engage in perfection of documentation and execution restructured transactions and attend to operational and financial aspects of the restructuring.
* Prepare Budget, Credit Reviews, and maintain proper records for all cases assigned under his/her name.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

* Experience of 7+ years of experience at financial advisory firms, funds or in banking (experience in corporate finance, debt advisory, M&A advisory or project finance departments). Restructuring experience is a plus.
* Genuine interest in finance and business environment with a quantitative mindset, sensitivity to details, and accuracy in everyday work is valuable assets.
* Experience in developing markets.
* Relevant Bachelor degree (Finance), Master, MBA, CFA, CMA or similar ate preference Able to align risk organization to support recovery objectives.
* Team player - able to work within a group and promote cross functional environment.
* Ability to multitask and willingness to and operate within a multicultural environment
