Job Description

Achieve the inventory related objectives for the assigned store:
- Understanding of basic retail KPI’s: stock reach forward, inventory holding value, ageing stock, function of supply chain / store Inventory, control the re-ordering in function of the business, manage overstock, manage returns, stock transfers, negative stocks, shrinkage control.

Marketing:
- In accordance with the marketing team translate the company Marketing Calendar in the store. Coordinate in-store roadshows & monitor the implementation at floor level.
- Coordination with the Mall Management for all requirements related to the store.

Systems & procedures:
- Ensure proper implementation of store organization / operating procedures / Inventory schedules / stock adjustment / documentation / control store security procedures.
- Identify potential security risks and thefts and take preventive measures to control pilferage / loss.
- Follow up with concerned department on maintenance issues.
- Implement the proper merchandising guidelines.

Customer service:
- Ensure that cooperation proactively meets customer needs and provide customers with a unique shopping experience.
- Control customer product delivery process in coordination with the home delivery team to ensure customers get their products on time.
- Control after sales services such as exchange / refunds in coordination with service teams.

Single point of contact with all the Company Support Operations and other departments for store staff and other requirements

Requirements

- Required Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Retail Admin in any Outlets (Electronics, Furniture, Cosmetic)
- Must have a strong knowledge in inventory management, KPI, stock adjustment, customer service.
- Must have good communication and leadership skills to lead the team.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
