Job description / Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Retail Area Manager will be as follows:
- To successfully lead and manage the retail and wholesale network within the UAE
- Oversee all aspects of the business: people management, finance, stock management, CRM, training , operational excellence and customer service
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the brand and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Grow and develop a team of Store Managers via effective leadership
- Achieve the business targets in accordance with the General Manager
- Manage the business as per the brand and company guidelines
Requirements
- Retail management experience in the UAE is a must
- Experience within a premium/luxury brand is a must
- Must have strong analytical and numerical skills
- Evidence of successfully leading and managing teams and driving business on the shop floor
