Retail Client Advisor

Job description / Role

Our client, within the luxury category are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Retail Client Advisors to join their growing team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in their retail stores. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to all clients by greeting them warmly and identifying their needs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty.
* Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Keep up-to-date with current luxury brand knowledge.
* Attend product knowledge and sales training sessions.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
* Participate in events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

* English language is mandatory
* Arabic is a plus
* In store luxury experience
* Bachelors degree or Diploma
