Retail Division Manager

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a successful retail and distribution company, looking for a Retail Division Manager to join their team in Dubai.

As a Division Manager, you will:

· Develop policies/strategies for achieving all company goals related your division
· Drive and oversee retail projects
· Oversee human resources, sales management, production management and administrative management of your assigned division/s
· Provide leadership and assistance to team members
· Ensure that goals and deliverables are met within defined timelines
· Manage the communication and facilitate cross-functional cooperation
· Ensure that staff is properly trained
· Establish and develop customer service standards and policies
· Assist finance department with the annual budget

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree, with at least 8 years’ proven experience in a similar role and capacity
· Proven experience in the Retail industry
· Extensive experience in all retail operations support
· Demonstrated experience implementing excellent customer service
· Strong people management, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, and customer service experience skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exposure in GCC (required), Arabic speaker (preferred)
