Job description / Role
* Conduct awareness training/communication to ensure awareness of changes in authority requirements is obtained.
* Establishment of key legal library to ensure compliance.
* Continual review of process and identify improvements.
* Continual review of requirements of required to obtain COC’s and NOC’s.
* Establishment of framework to ensure effective management of drawings review process.
* Reply to site inspection comments with close coordination with customer/contractor.
* Understand availability and authority issuance and problem solving.
* Review operation health cards availability.
* Effectively verify all points and checklist to ensure that operation is in compliance with local authority requirements.
* Constant communication with local authorities to obtain updated information on training centers.
* Constant updates from DMCCA on current customer database.
* Establishment of penalty structure for non-compliance issues.
* Maintain good relationship with Dubai Municipality to ensure regular updates on food safety obtained.
Requirements
* To be responsible for all matters pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality control, in line with strategic and service objectives
* Review design, business flow and business plans of new retail companies as per DMCCA (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority) license activities.
* Manage submission process of retail plans as per Local Authorities (DM, DCD) requirements.
* Responsible for site inspection and coordinate with customers to comply with all requirements for submission process.
* Manage activity verification process of operations and ensure businesses are operating as per activities approved by DMCCA.
* Receive documents/drawings to proceed on completion formalities with authorities.
