Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

A well-established F&B group in UAE

Job Description:
• Support the overall business and operations related to all human management / hr activities
• Advise manager on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend change when needed
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interviews and select applicants
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and help in resolving work-related problems
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years experience in the similar role with an up-scale hospitality or F&B environment
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
