Retail Head

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a large retailer with 40 stores looking to launch in the UAE. They are known for their eastern-wear categories internationally.

The Retail Head will be responsible for the following:

* Identify new store locations in UAE
* Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
* Managing budgets
* Maintaining statistical and financial records
* Pricing
* Ensuring compliance with local legislations
* Negotiate and finalize the lease for these stores
* Setting up the store display and interior for all stores
* Ensuring that the service level and display of all stores is up to brand standards
* Calculating sales forecasts and be responsible for stock management
* Be responsible for marketing of upcoming launches and brand initiatives
