Job description / Role
• Preparing new tenant leases and offer letters.
• Updating database records
• Preparing reminder letters and renewal agreements for expiring leases.
• Maximize price per square foot through careful monitoring of leases and applicable laws.
• Preparation of termination/expiry letters when required.
• Prepare memos for Finance Department (Accounts) to raise invoices.
• Monitor arrears and follow-up with tenants as necessary
• Complete monthly revenue reports.
• Prepare legal cases when needed to be presented to Property Manager or Legal team.
• Coordinate with Legal Department to stamp new and renewed leases.
• Draft all leasing documents
• Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
• Assisting and supporting Leasing Department heads, Retail Leasing and Specialty Leasing Managers
• Ensure and maintain the highest level standards of service in Retail Leasing.
• Performing any other task assigned by the Head of Retail Leasing
Requirements
• Min 2-3 years of Retail Leasing experience
* MUST be open to work in northern emirates.
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent English Language skills – Spoken and Written
• Good team player
• Good customer handling skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Good documentation Skills
• Excellent time management
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in English
• Arabic Language would be an added advantage
